OBSESSIONS

When I was little my friend Taylor and I would play Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles and the love for them has never left me. My favorite turtle is Donatello or more better known as Donny(the purple one).
Awhile back my sister Katie got really into Sudoku. I was watching her do it one day and I tried it out. Sometimes it is a lot harder then it looks, but I love a challenge! I do at least one puzzle every night before I go to bed. Sometimes it is hard to do just one.
Whenever life gets me down I turn on my favorite TV show and it cheers me right up! Gilmore Girls is the best! I recently got all the seasons of Gilmore Girls so I have been watching like crazy!

Every day I have to have at least one glass of chocolate milk. I LOVE Chocolate milk!!! I am pretty sure the best stuff comes from cows! The best place to get the BEST chocolate milk is the BYU creamery, seriously go there and get some, you'll agree!!
Every little girl dreams about going to a far off country, somewhere new and exciting. My far off place is Paris, France. I have pictures everywhere of Paris in my room. Not only do I love Paris, I love France! I am even learning French so when I go there some day it will be like I live there. Plus in Paris they have some of the best art. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Eiffel Tower just to name a few.

My whole family is a little crazy about Disney. Disneyland is one of my absolutely favorite places to go and I know a lot of random info about it too because I have done so many school reports on it like, inside the Matterhorn there is a basketball court. I love Sleeping Beauty, it is my favorite Disney princess movie so going to Disneyland and going to Sleeping Beauty castle is always so much fun for me!
I have been addicted to Orange Fanta since my senior year in high school. I had one every day for lunch and whenever I get the chance I get it at the store, at school, at a restaurant, etc.

Christmas Lights at Temple Square

My family and I went up to Temple Square on Sunday night to look at the Christmas lights. This was a big venture for us. It was well worth the trip with all the kids. It was a really great way to end a Sunday.
I really liked the Nativity on the water.
There were so many people up there that sometimes it was hard to take a good picture. I have never seen so many people up at Temple square. It was really fun to watch all the kids look at the lights. Claire was so excited to see the Christus, she kept yelling "Jesus" It was so cute! As we were in the Visitors Center looking at the huge pictures of the stories in the Bible Ryan was telling the story of Noah and Jackson was saying Steve Correll from the Office was Noah. Then when we got to the statue of Adam and Eve Claire kept saying Eva from Wall-e. Oh I love how a childs mind works.

Favorite Things

That is Orlando Bloom and I am in the background. This picture was all over the internet for the Pirates 3 premiere. My sister Amy and I went and got front row on the red carpet at Disneyland. This was one of my most favorite trips to Disneyland.

I met Joey Fatone from NSYNC. He made a funny joke about his nose being big.
I love the temple. It doesn't matter which one they are all wonderful. This is the Provo temple when they had just finished the new gardens around it.
I love nature and exploring. I hiked the Y one evening and there was the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen!
I really like to draw. This picture I am doing for one of my classes. It is all done in dots with Sharpie pens. This is my absolute favorite!
My Favorite Photographer, Rodney Smith. He does the most entertaining photos ever!
In 2005 I went to New York and I LOVED it. I went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I could have spent hours there! It was the first time I got to see a real Monet painting, I was in heaven!

South Street Sea Port, behind me is the Brooklyn Bridge. It was the first time I saw the Atlantic.

Family Pictures

Our Family went and got pictures taken. We went down by the Provo river and had one of Amanda and Ryan's friends take the pictures. We did this for my mom for Christmas so she can put a big family picture up in the living room. The ones of just my sisters and my mom are my absolute favorite! We all look so cute!

Halloween with Alan

This year for Halloween I was a Philadelphia Eagles football player and my boyfriend Alan was a ref. We went to a party every day the week of Halloween and it was a lot of fun.

Kimisums

So my family thought it would be really great if I started a Blog called Kimisums that told about all the stupid, funny, and or embarrassing things that I do, because apparently I have a lot of them. I bet my family would do better to tell you about them than me, but here we go.

You know when you are trying to confirm something on the internet and there is a box of weird looking letters and numbers, well I sometimes have a hard time getting the right letters and numbers. I usually have to do it three or four times to get it right.

So I am from Utah and I pronounce things a little different, I'm not a hick or anything, at least I don't think I am. . . anyway sometimes I talk the way a little kid might. When a kid first hears a word they repeat it back and it sounds weird. For instance Boa Constrictor I pronounce Boa Constructor. It makes sense to me! I just say it the way I hear it.

So here is another one, a quarter is 25 right, then why in the world would you ever say it is a quarter to 2:00?

I am sure my family will comment and tell me more of the things I do or say that are incredibly funny about me. Can't wait!
