ALAN AND I ARE GETTING MARRIED

Valentines Day this year was PERFECT!! I could not have asked for a better one. Alan planned stuff for us to do all day. First he came over early in the morning and brought me flowers and breakfast in bed, it was Denny's Grand Slam.
After breakfast together we went on a scavenger hunt that Alan had planned out. It was to all the places that we have been together and hold special meaning to us. We went to places like Burger King(we always eat there), the Bruin Bowl(where we went sledding with my fam), Trafalga, Comedy Sportz, Seven Peaks, and many others. The very last place was Red Robin down in Provo where we had our first date. I walked into the entrance and on the bench was a box of chocolates and a cute stuffed animal puppy which I have now named Alan. It was really fun going back to all those places and remembering the awesome times that we have had together.
After our scavenger hunt we went back to my house to make Valentine cookies. Little did I know that I didn't have very many Valentine's Day cookie cutters so we used Halloween and Christmas ones too. We frosted them and decorated them and gave some to my neighbors.
Alan was suprising me with dinner so I had no idea where we were going. I got ready and did my hair all cute and curly for Alan. When he came over he blind folded me and drove us to our destination. When we arrived he took off the blinf fold and we were at the Tahition Noni Gardens and on one of the tables was a candle lit dinner there waiting for us. It was so romantic!! I loved it! We ate Panda Express, my favorite and drank Orange Fanta, also my favorite.
When we finished eating Alan suggested that we open our Valentines day fortune cookies. Now something you must know. I have kept every fortune that I have ever got since about 9th or 10th grade. I keep them all in my purse so I LOVE opening fortune cookies. I opened my cookie and Alan was standing next to me and I read out loud "Kimberly Ator, Will you marry me?" At first I thought it was a joke but then I saw Alan down on one knee with the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I started to cry and I said YES!
I Love Alan Sheffer! We are getting married on May 15th in the Draper temple. Alan and I are so excited to start our new life together. I love him so much!
